SpotiSoft does not collect, store, or process personal data. No account creation is required to use the service. The only input processed is the Spotify URL you voluntarily submit, which is used solely to retrieve publicly available track metadata and locate a matching audio source. This URL is discarded immediately after processing — it is never logged, stored, or associated with your identity.
We use no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party analytics scripts. We may use anonymous, non-identifying technical session data (such as IP-based rate limiting) solely to protect service stability. This data is not linked to any individual, is not shared with any third party, and is not retained beyond the active session.
SpotiSoft does not store, cache, or host any music files on our servers. All audio processing is performed on-demand. Files are never retained after your download request is fulfilled, and they are never re-distributed.
SpotiSoft uses Spotify's public metadata API solely to retrieve track, album, and playlist information that you explicitly request. We have no partnership, affiliation, endorsement, or commercial relationship with Spotify AB. "Spotify" is a registered trademark of Spotify AB.
Because SpotiSoft collects no personal data, most GDPR obligations do not apply to our service by default. We hold no data about you to access, correct, port, or erase. If you have any concern, please contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
